When you receive your new Walk-In Bathtub directly from the factory, it's pretty much ready to simply hook up and enjoy. However, you may be in need of some installation assistance, so…

We will assist you with your installation in three ways:

#1 - Most people choose to use our dedicated installation team (this gives YOU a 5 year remove and replace guarantee) to remove your existing bathtub or shower, install one of our Walk-In Bathtubs, and do everything necessary for you. Then, you can just get in your new Walk-In Bathtub and enjoy a wonderful bathing experience.

We will assist you with your installation in three ways:

Removal of existing tub
Disposal of old tub
Custom fit new walk-in tub to designated area
Installation of walk-in bathtub
Connection to existing bathroom plumbing
Standard bathroom electrical connections
Removal and replacement of one door casing

or, if desired…

#2 - If you choose to get their own installer (plumber, contractor, handyman, brother-in-law... whatever) or install their new Walk-In Bathtub themselves. We will give you an Installation Guide complete with all the details, diagrams, and drawings necessary for you or your installer to get the job done right.

plus, if needed…

#3 - You or your installer will be able to speak directly with our dedicated Walk-In Bathtub installation engineers. If they are not in the field installing one of our Walk-In Bathtubs they will normally be available from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time. They will answer any questions or personally walk you through any phase of the installation you may need.
