If you cancel your walk-in bathtub order before the 7 day right of rescission you will receive a 100% money back refund.

After you 7 day right of rescission our policy for cancelling your walk-in bathtub order is as follows:

There is a 20 % cancellation fee assessed to all cancelled orders after the 7 day right of rescission.

  1. E-mail or faxed cancellation notice will automatically stop your order.

  2. Written cancellation must be in writing and sent via registered mail to:

    Tacoma, WA. 98404

  3. Once the cancellation letter is received it will take 10 to 15 banking days to process and the amount of the purchase less the cancellation fee will be sent to the address on the purchase invoice.

  4. A cashiers check is sent certified mail to the address listed on the billing invoice.
